1. Control, monitor and maintain systems and equipment installed within the building

2. Inspect and repair maintenance of equipment within the building according to the work plan

3. Record inspections and maintenance of equipment as assigned by building engineers or supervisors

4. Maintain cleanliness of the operation room and ensure it is safe for work

5. Perform duties in accordance with company regulations at all times

6. Inspect and repair equipment as directed by supervisors

7. Inspect the work of contractors who come to work in the building as assigned by supervisors for safety of the building

8. Coordinate with other building officials such as security personnel and cleaning staff to ensure repair services are carried out quickly

9. Prepare for various emergency situations at all times

10. Record electricity and water meters every month

11. Clean and maintain swimming pool systems
