Lease Operator I,II, III, Sr (Evergreen

Responsibilities

• Conducts production tests and performs routine repairs
• Completes operational checks of assigned wells/equipment and identifies and reports changes in individual well performance
• Performs minor maintenance of equipment
• Gauges tanks and prepares for sale and manages fluid inventory on production facilities
• Lights gas‑fired vessels/emission control devices
• Conducts environmental and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) audits to assess field operations, buildings, facilities, tools, and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of

Experience:

• Lease Operator I:
  High School Diploma/GED and minimum six (6) months of demonstrated ability as an operations technician or similar role; preferred Associate’s or two‑year technical degree.
• Lease Operator II:
  High School Diploma/GED and minimum two (2) years of demonstrated ability; preferred Associate’s or two‑year technical degree.
• Lease Operator III:
  High School Diploma/GED and minimum three (3) years of demonstrated ability; preferred Associate’s or two‑year technical degree.
• Lease Operator Sr:
  High School Diploma/GED and minimum six (6) years of demonstrated ability; preferred Associate’s or two‑year technical degree.

• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces.
• Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed.
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time.
• Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE.
• Use hand tools.

• Regular Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evening, weekend and on‑call coverage; may require overtime, 10–12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays.

• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Proficiency and ability to adopt technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and PC skills; basic knowledge of process control systems and programmable logic controllers.
