Pacifi Corp seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safe, reliable maintenance of critical electric utility assets. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians performing preventive and corrective maintenance on power generation, transmission and distribution equipment. You will plan and prioritize work orders, coordinate contractors, and ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards in a 24/7 utility environment.

The supervisor will inspect facilities, analyze maintenance data, and collaborate with operations and engineering to reduce downtime and extend asset life. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, managing budgets and parts inventory, and supporting emergency and storm response. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily maintenance activities for utility facilities and equipment
  • Plan, prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize outages and downtime
  • Inspect equipment and facilities, identifying hazards and maintenance needs
  • Review technical reports, maintenance records and asset performance data
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering and planning teams on maintenance schedules
  • Train, coach and evaluate maintenance staff, supporting skill development
  • Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory and vendor relationships
  • Participate in emergency response and after-hours call-out as required
