Perform preventive maintenance on ovens, conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, and related production equipment;
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery on the plant floor;
Respond to emergency breakdowns and active line failures to restore production safely and efficiently;
Follow OSHA Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and all plant safety protocols;
Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to supervisors and teammates
