A fourth-generation, family-owned company is looking for a dependable and hands-on Janitor/Facility Maintenance team member to help keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable jumping in on everything from daily cleaning to light maintenance projects. You'll play an important role in maintaining a well-kept environment that supports the entire team.

Janitor/Facility Maintenance Requirements:

• Perform daily custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Complete maintenance projects as assigned, such as painting walls or equipment
• Tape lines on the floor for safety or organizational purposes
• Clean areas outside of regular daily coverage when needed
• Assist other maintenance team members with tasks or repairs
• Perform outside clean-up, including sweeping walkways, picking up debris, and maintaining exterior areas, including snow removal by hand and salting

Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday through Friday, with overtime as required
• $19-21/hr DOE

Janitor/Facility Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Basic painting and maintenance skills is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or collaborating with team members
• Comfortable being outside working in both hot and cold temperatures
