General Labor / Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time / Year-Round Opportunity)Pinehaven Farm is a family-owned destination known for creating Minnesota’s #1 pumpkin patch experience and hosting large-scale seasonal events. Behind the scenes, our property requires ongoing construction, maintenance, and improvements year-round to bring these experiences to life.
We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Labor / Maintenance Team Members to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in building and maintaining outdoor spaces, and work well in a team-oriented environment.
This is not just a seasonal role—this position offers the opportunity for consistent, year‑round work with a variety of responsibilities that change with the seasons.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with general construction projects (building, repairs, setup/tear‑down of structures)
- Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and attractions
- Support lawn care and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanup
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Assist with event setup and breakdown during peak seasons
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete daily projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Take initiative on tasks and occasionally lead small projects or crew assignments
- Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work well in a team setting and take direction
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience in construction, landscaping, maintenance, or similar fields preferred (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for equipment operation and transport tasks)
- Full-time, year-round position
- Peak season (fall/event season): 40–65 hours per week
- Non-peak season: 30–40 hours per week
- Some evening and weekend work required during peak periods
