As Assistant Maintenance Manager you will help oversee and coordinate the maintenance department, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and that crew members complete work on time and within budget.

• Help manage the maintenance department.
• Ensure that the CMMS is up to date with work orders.
• Assign work orders daily.
• Oversee maintenance workers and ensure jobs are completed on time, correctly, and efficiently.
• Help develop and implement capital projects as needed.
• Administer payroll and scheduling for the maintenance department.
• Assist other technical staff during maintenance crises or when other duties are temporarily reduced.
• Maintain a clean work site and work area after completing tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• At least one year of previous maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Capability to handle moderately strenuous physical activity, such as moving heavy units for repair.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own hand tools provided.
