Floor Technician Job Summary
Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness is seekingadedicated Floor Technician to ensure our facility maintains a high level of cleanliness, safety, and appearance. We will train you!
Essential Functions- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
- Operate floor buffers and carpet cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors.
- Apply sealants and waxes to protect floors.
- Inspect floors for any damage and carry out minor repairs.
- Move furniture and equipment as needed to clean and maintain floors.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment
- Demonstrates organizational skills
- Work independently and as a team member
- Displays a positive attitude, anddependability
