Monday -- Friday | 4:00 PM -- 12:00 AM

Pay: $17.00/hr

• Your schedule is stable --- Monday through Friday evenings

We believe leads shouldn't feel like they're putting out fires all night.

Your job is to guide the team, maintain quality, and help things run smoothly.

• Clean and maintain designated building areas using company training techniques and chemicals
• Assist the Cleaning Supervisor with team coordination and daily operations across several locations
• Step in and cover shifts for teammates when needed
• Transport and wash company laundry and manage distribution of janitorial supplies and equipment
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects when necessary
• Monitor buildings for safety and security
  , including locking doors and checking for hazards
• Ensure employees follow health and safety procedures
• Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs
• Communicate with staff to resolve operational or personnel issues

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) -- Required
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Valid driver's license required
