Greenwood Hospitality Group - - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance;
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment;
Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events and ensure all facilities are in proper working order;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies by identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions
