Maintenance​/Cleaning SERVICE, Janitor

Transdev in Xenia, OH is hiring a Utility Worker/Service Employee. The role involves basic vehicle servicing duties and facility janitorial responsibilities, with a focus on customer service and safety.

• Competitive compensation package: minimum $15.50 – maximum $19.25 per hour

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles – interior and exterior
• Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles
• Download drive cameras
• Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
• Subject to a DOT drug test and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

• Must be able to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed
• Work may involve stairs, bending, crouching, and working on knees while using chemical cleaners and solvents
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors
• May operate a snowplow and clear lots during winter
