Full Time | Monday-Friday 8am-4pm | $18-$20/hour

Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Xenia, OH. This role supports cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and common areas, partnering with the nursing staff and administrators to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing throughout the facility.
• Assist with floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of carpets and hard floors.
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Stock supplies and restock linens and toiletries.
• Assist with refurbishing and repurposing furniture and equipment.
• Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency in work quality.

• 0 years of experience (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
