Hourly Rate: $20.76 for a full‑time position at our Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Clinic in Yelm, WA. The individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for patients, clients and employees. Duties include janitorial and maintenance tasks following general health and safety guidelines, maintaining the exterior and interior work area (parking lot, lawn, bushes, hedges, garden area) and performing simple repairs in plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work and yard maintenance.

Special jobs may be required that use rental equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No formal experience is required; experience may substitute for education.
• Driver’s license, auto liability insurance and a reliable automobile required.
