• Security Crew

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in security, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid is an advantage
• Possess a valid security license or certificate (if required by local regulations).

• Maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property
• Monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols around hotel premises
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
• Report and document any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Assist guests and staff during emergency situations according to hotel procedures
• Ensure compliance with hotel security and safety policies
