We are seeking an Environmental Cleaning Specialist to work in our Compactor/Chute Cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment in our building. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the compactor and maintaining the trash chute and compactor room. Compactor/Chute Cleaner that can carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. Plus, assist as a Helper when needed in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Clean Chutes and Doors. We also clean the compactor.
- Assist with unloading and loading delivery trucks and stage chute pieces.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Notify Job Supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock and maintain supplies.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning and supplies.
- Read a tape measure.
- Integrity.
- Use of hand tools and power tools.
- Be able to operate high-pressure steam cleaners.
- Able to lift 50+ Lbs.
- Follow instructions.
- Must Have a Drivers License.
