Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology – Field Service Representative.
Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Work Monday–Friday, weekends not required. Job assignments may include occasional early‑morning or holiday hours based on client needs.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork each rolling 30‑day period.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding and communicating consistently with field services management (within 24 hours of contact).
- Keeping availability updated and accurate.
- Completing assigned jobs on or before scheduled dates.
- Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing per planograms and client requests.
- Completing necessary forms and surveys before leaving the job site.
- Performing break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
- Participating in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people).
- Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assisting other team members as needed.
- Submitting accurate timesheets and reporting anomalies promptly.
- Tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Participating in training and certification programs.
- Staying available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching tasks.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience with retail display installation and merchandising preferred.
- Good communication skills—primarily via phone, text, and e‑mail.
- Use of a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, and app navigation.
- Ownership of an Android or Apple device for data upload.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
