Position SummaryThe Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining the facility in a safe, functional, and well-maintained condition. This role supports daily operations by performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in a skilled nursing environment.
Full Time 8am - 4pm and weekends

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Maintain grounds, including snow removal and basic landscaping
- Ensure facility safety by identifying and correcting hazards
- Assist with room setups, moves, and equipment installations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
- Support emergency repairs and on-call maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
- Assist with maintaining compliance for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
