Ferncliff Manor is seeking a FMI Maintenance worker to manage general upkeep, painting, repairs, and fixture work across multiple NY locations.
You will handle minor repairs, respond to emergencies, install appliances, and maintain grounds while coordinating with staff during renovations. Requires 2 years of experience, hand and power tools, a valid NYS driver’s license, and physical stamina; rate is $35.00 per hour.
