Location Ferncliff Manor
Hourly Rate $35.00 Responsibilities- Paints, varnishes etc. all areas when and as needed
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Responds to emergency needs in off hours when called by Director
- Install appliances and equipment
- Garden/yard upkeep, etc.
- Conduct upkeep tasks such as replacing light bulbs, etc.
- Collaborate with managers/staff and other professionals during renovations
- Report to a facilities or maintenance director for assignments
- Requires preforming services between various locations, including New Rochelle, Croton-On-Hudson, Ossining, Pleasantville
Position Requirements
Skills/Qualifications- Two years proven experience in a similar position
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid clean NYS Driver’s License
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- You will be responsible for applying minor basic repairs to equipment and the building.and grounds
Ability to Perform Physical Tasks Such As Heavy Lifting up to 50lbs, Bending, Kneeling, and Running.
