Location: City of Yonkers

Deploy assigned enforcement unit to assigned deployment sites; this may require local travel within the jurisdiction assigned or travel within the state for drivers assigned within AWZSE program.
Responsible for deployment at required location in most efficient manner possible to ensure maximum deployment is achieved in all assigned jurisdictions. Set up / take down enforcement system and supporting equipment. Monitor weather and lighting and make camera adjustments as necessary. Communicate with Network Operations Center/Verra Command Center (NOC/VCC), supervisor, team leads and other operators to ensure accurate information which impacts;

or has a potential to impact operations is relayed as timely as possible.
Responsible for professional conduct and demeanor at all times while traveling to and from deployment sites and while deployed and/or while representing the company at any time.
Complete court deployment forms accurately with necessary and/or required deployment data. Log and report any equipment related issues in a timely manner to ensure they are resolved quickly.
Event Processing for both red-light and speed events using web-based tools.
Open, scan and process inbound customer correspondence.
Performing clerical and administrative duties.
Data entry and quality control.
Operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proof-read new entries in database for accuracy.
Other duties as assigned.
