Vogel Disposal is seeking welders/fabricators to repair truck bodies and steel waste containers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safe use of MIG and arc welding equipment and other fabricating machines to cut and manufacture patches or repair areas on containers or trucks.
• Must comply with all company policies, laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year welding experience or Welding Technician diploma.
• Experience with a plasma torch as well as MIG and arc welding equipment preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Employees must provide their own safety-approved work boots.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, and push/pull required.
• Ability to lift/carry upwards of 50 lbs. for short distances.
