Director of Facilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in facilities management preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Demonstrated competence in overseeing complex building systems, including HVAC (boilers and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and commercial kitchen equipment. Proven track record in managing and performing structural maintenance, as well as the operation of modern building cleaning and custodial equipment. Strong experience developing, implementing, and managing robust preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset life cycles and reduce emergency repairs.
Ability to effectively balance daily administrative scheduling with on-the-ground, collaborative physical labor alongside the facilities team. Ability to oversee external contractors, read technical blueprints, and ensure high-quality execution of repairs and upgrades. Ability to walk facility grounds, climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions as required by the active nature of the role.

Chief Financial Officer for Operations (CFOO)
Goals:
To ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment across all district facilities by maintaining a deep familiarity with each building's unique layout, equipment, and operations; driving efficient daily upkeep and emergency responsiveness; and fostering a collaborative culture of communication, pride, and team morale.
Terms of Employment:
Annual salary, work schedule, and other conditions of employment in accordance with the Act 93 Administrative Compensation and Retention Plan.
