Job Title
The Sanitors are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all tanks, equipment, facility utensils, hoses, drums, totes, filling equipment, and work area according to the Company sanitation procedures. The incumbent also performs basic maintenance of the cleaning equipment to ensure all tools are available for ongoing use. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and rectify food safety concerns
- Upkeep inside and outside of facility
- Cleaning of floors, drains, wash area, and equipment
- Empty waste during the shift
- Other duties as required or assigned
- Keep up with master sanitation cleaning schedule, weekly, monthly, yearly etc.
