Our client, a facility management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

York, PA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 6am - 2:25pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform preventative maintenance duties for the facility and equipment.
• Assist with moving materials, setting up new office spaces, and simple painting tasks.
• Remove stickers and assist in cleaning and organizing materials.
• Maintain, repair, and assist in the installation of new equipment.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and orderly, both indoors and outside.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with general construction, equipment maintenance, or painting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and memos.
• Knowledge of basic math, measurement, and geometry.
