Yorktown Manor is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Yorktown, IN. This role is responsible for supporting the overall upkeep, safety, and appearance of the facility to ensure a comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Shift Available:
Full-time

• Perform general facility maintenance, including repairs to walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, and windows
• Assist with trash removal and general upkeep of the building and grounds
• Complete routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs as assigned
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning materials, equipment, and basic repair tools
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CNA license preferred, but not required
