Our agency is looking for a maintenance professional with solid carpentry skills to help keep our facilities safe, functional and welcoming. From repairing cabinetry and doors to improving patient spaces, your work will directly support the people who rely on our care every day.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfills day-to-day work orders as assigned through Jira at our various locations throughout Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
  • Performs carpentry, and painting repairs and preventive maintenance of Agency property.
  • Works on-call as deemed necessary by supervisor.
  • Works as part of a team to complete housing unit turnovers.
  • Assists in the completion of the preventative maintenance plan.
  • Records and maintains records of all repairs and maintenance actions by facility and unit.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proven experience in carpentry and finishing work preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and auto insurance
