Building Utility Person (Full-time w/benefits)

Central Bucks East High School (Location subject to change)

July 2026 (Exact start date TBD)

$23.00 per hour

6:30 am – 3:00 pm

• Perform custodial work such as collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
• Perform building maintenance such as light carpentry, painting, electrical, ventilation and equipment repairs.
• Perform ground maintenance including mowing grass, weeding, trimming, raking and preparing/lingling athletic fields.
• Building security and related tasks.
• Ability to cover for the building in the absence of the Head Custodian.
• All other duties as assigned.

A working knowledge and understanding of commercial building maintenance and custodial duties as described above. Ability to work well with others and function as a team player.
