General Utility Worker Lead

As a General Utility Worker Lead with ARAMARK in Food & Beverage Operations, you will lead a small team supporting kitchen, dining, and facility cleanliness within the Facilities & Maintenance department. You'll coordinate dishwashing, waste handling, and basic upkeep, ensuring safe, sanitary operations that meet health and safety standards. This hands-on role trains and guides staff, monitors supplies, and partners with culinary and maintenance teams to maintain equipment, deliver reliable service, and support Aramark's culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support utility staff in daily food service and facilities tasks
• Oversee kitchen and dining area cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance
• Coordinate waste removal, dishwashing, and equipment cleaning schedules
• Perform minor facilities and equipment upkeep and report maintenance needs
• Train new team members on procedures, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with food service and maintenance teams to support operations
• Ensure compliance with Aramark policies, HACCP, and health regulations
