Janitorial Technician in Ypsilanti Part Time

Position Overview

Janitor / Custodian – $17.00 per hour – Part‑time – Crossroads at Whittaker Rd and Texile Rd.

No experience required; training will be provided.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Shift options: 4:00 pm–8:00 pm, 5:00 pm–9:00 pm, or 6:00 pm–10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas of the facility daily, including lobbies, restrooms, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and public spaces.
• Perform garbage collection, dusting/polishing furniture, high/low dusting, clean entryways and interior glass, sweep and dust mop hard floor surfaces, disinfect surfaces, clean stainless‑steel surfaces, vacuum and damp mop floors.
• Maintain and restock supply rooms, kitchen areas, and restrooms as needed.

• Attention to detail.
• Initiative to take on tasks.

Shift: Evenings
