This position provides operational support in remediation efforts for client content. The main functions include performing materials packing, moving, cleaning, deodorizing, manipulation, and storage, using specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals under supervision.

• Maintain equipment used in daily tasks
• Perform dry and wet mitigation/pre‑cleaning using accepted procedures
• Manipulate contents at the client site to allow the remediation crew to perform required tasks
• Apply inventory management for client contents in line with company procedures
• Wrap and package contents to prevent damage during transport, similar to a moving company
• Accurately load and unload contents on and off a box truck
• Transport contents to the cleaning facility for cleaning and storage
• Adhere to MSDS recognized standards
• Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and keep a clean, serviceable condition
• Follow appearance guidelines and corporate values

• Experience in construction, restoration, moving, or remediation is preferred
• Ability to identify product usage, disposability, and training requirements for consumables
• Eligibility to operate a motor vehicle per company policy
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Frequent lifting in excess of 100 lbs
• Access and mobility in tight spaces

• Operate a motor vehicle on a daily basis for extended periods
• Climb in and out of vehicles and stairs
• Frequently operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools
• Continuously sit, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, lift (occasionally above shoulder)

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
