Our Truck Drivers are reliable and professional, representing Helena when on the road and at the home office. Drivers use tact and diplomacy in interactions with customers, other Helena employees, and leaders. Perks include daily home time and benefits starting on day one.

• Assists in loading trailer with materials.
• Unloads trailer using forklift or hand truck.
• Transports loads over required routes to proper destinations.
• Obtains shipping bills and necessary signatures.
• Returns completed paperwork to the shipping office.
• Removes empty skids from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area.
• Performs miscellaneous service duties on vehicle, including checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires daily.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

• Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat endorsement is strongly preferred.

• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver s license is required to drive a company vehicle and must meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.

Pay is $20-25/hour.

Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.

Safety is Helena’s highest priority. We implement safety measures to minimize exposure to hazards.

The work environment is a warehouse/outdoor setting with noise ranging from moderate to very loud. You may work outdoors in all weather conditions and around moving equipment, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, biological hazards, vibrations, and risk of electrical shock. You will use your hands for many tasks and may need to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand (8+ hours per day), lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs (and more in some cases), reach overhead, climb, bend, and twist.

Some tasks may require working below knee or above shoulder level for periods.

• Temporary employees are eligible to participate in Helena’s 401(k) Savings Plan with 100% company match based on contribution rate and years of service.
• Three-year vesting on company match with 1,000 hours of service.
• Access earned pay between paydays through Earned Wage Access (EWA) with Daily Pay.
