Reports to:
Assistant General Manager. This role seeks a cleaning attendant passionate about maintaining a clean and hospitable environment for team members and club members at Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe.
The cleaning attendant will be responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and managing daily and deep‑cleaning checklists. The role requires a passion for keeping gym facilities, amenities, and equipment "like-new" to ensure a welcoming, safe, and healthy club operation.
Responsibilities- Greet all members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists.
- Operate with a sense of urgency to complete cleaning tasks on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed.
- Ability to execute performance expectations and be interested in maintaining cleanliness.
- Experience in a service‑oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred.
- CPR/AED certification required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Frequent lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds, standing or bending for prolonged periods.

Compensation (Hourly)- $12–14/hour
- Part‑time and full‑time positions available
