This role focuses on keeping fleet vehicles serviced, inspected, and ready for daily operations. As a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform scheduled maintenance and inspections that support fleet safety and reliability. Preventive maintenance is critical to fleet uptime and safety. Your work helps prevent breakdowns, supports drivers, and keeps operations running smoothly.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Assist Diesel Mechanics with repairs as needed
• Work safely in an active maintenance environment

• 1–2 years of vehicle maintenance or mechanical experience
• Willingness to learn and follow maintenance procedures
• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Safety-focused and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable working evening or overnight shifts

• Hourly pay
• Most positions support night operations with 10–12 hour shifts common
• Day shift opportunities may be available depending on location
• Overtime is a regular part of this role
