Part Time Schedule Available – 9am to 2pm

Position:Maintenance Assistant
This position offers a part time schedule, but may occasionally require evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities- Assists with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the community and equipment including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, floor care, painting, installation, etc.
- Replace light bulbs, fluorescent lights, call lights, etc.
