**** PURPOSE OF POSITION:
***** To monitor and maintain the appearance of all production and support facilities.
* To increase control over a multitude of support projects and provide assistance in detailed building, production and vehicle maintenance.

* PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

***** Perform a wide variety of scheduled and unscheduled Facilities Maintenance tasks.
* Monitor and repair building elements i.e. door, ceilings, floor coverings, lighting etc.  Assist with Facilities and Production support related projects.
* Basic troubleshooting of facilities equipment.
* General grounds and snow removal duties.
**** SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
***** Perform emergency support tasks in the areas of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security and Housekeeping. Assist with corporate vehicle washing and maintenance.
* Assist in the installation and relocation of office furniture.
* Other misc. duties to include parts runs, leak detection, clean up etc.
* Comply with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
* Maintain high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
**** POSITION DEMANDS:
***** Prefer 1-3 years experience in Facilities Maintenance or construction.
* Knowledge and understanding of building elements required.
* Understanding of furniture systems and its installation is useful.
* High school graduate preferred. Ability to obtain hi-lo and man-lift certifications.
**** BEHAVIORAL/VALUES CHARACTERISTICS:
***** Takes ownership in work.
* Must be safety conscientious.
**** WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
***** This position reports to the facilities manager
* Takes daily direction from Facilities Lead personnel.
* Assists others performing tasks and project implementation.
