I took TESOL Certification at Canada College in 2008. It was an 8 weeks program that included 2 weeks of practicum.
The program was very well organized, instructors were exremly good and knowledgable in their fields and the practicum part gave enough confident to go back to Korea and start teaching adult coourses.
I am very happy with the school and who it is run. TESOL is not easy. You need to do lot of work and read many chapters on the book. You need to attend all the classes and at end you have to write 2 essaies.
I enjoyed it a lot and recommend it to anyone who wishes to become a certified ESL teacher.
