After completing the required number of clock hours and being accepted for examination, you will take a state and federal written exam as well as a practical exam given by the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology. After successfully completing all phases of the exam you will receive a license in the field for which you were trained. License's must be renewed annually on your birthday.

Programs:

Cosmetology Program - 1500 Hours, Manicuring Program - 600 Hours, Esthetics Program - 900 Hours, Esthetics Plus Program - includes Skin & Nails - 1250 Hours. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.
