Placements:
All students having successfully earned all credits up to 3rd Semester of Master of Leadership Sciences are offered placement in organizations under the NSL Consortium for Global Leaders (CGL). They pursue their final semester while they work in one of the CGL organizations.

Generate Knowledge:
Doctoral Scholars learn the art of research, exploring core leadership competencies. Armed with a thorough understanding of existing leadership theories and practice, students will create new thoughts, ideas, and theories to add to the body of knowledge.

Conserve Knowledge:
Doctoral Scholars sift through critical theories of leadership to identify the most useful ones to their setting and organization, analyzing and applying ideas to real life situations. Using and teaching, mentoring these best practices insures the conservation of knowledge.

Transform Knowledge:
Scholar-practitioners use skilful written and verbal communication to display competence as leaders, sharing their knowledge in a variety of settings through continued research, writing, mentoring and consulting.

Format of study:
In addition to coursework, the PhD program incorporates a portfolio, a research proposal and a dissertation. As you progress through the program, you will make connections between your learning and your planned career, applying theories to leadership challenges in your organization. Your dissertation will identify a specific organizational challenge. Once you gather data related to your identified problem, you will analyze the data, considering related literature on the topic. From your new insights and ideas, you will identify solutions to address the core issue of your research. The Leadership Trainer Program (LTP) enables you conduct power trainings on Leadership to audiences of any magnitude, any intellect level. You learn to ensure that the learning session is interactive, more effective and well accepted by the trainees. Retention, productivity and the bottom line are all affected by the quality of your training. It is important to be a dynamic trainer, masterful facilitator and a polished speaker.

The Leadership Trainer Program program empowers you to make a difference in the trainings you conduct and impart leadership skills that stay in the minds of the participants for a life time.

Eligibility Criteria:
At least 1 year of training or mentorship experience or at least 3 years of non-training experience.

Certified Leadership Trainer (CLT)
The CLT certification is one of the most widely accepted certifications which give organizations the confidence that their employees are receiving excellent training though certified experts. As a trainer your job is to ensure that the learning session is interactive, more effective and well accepted by the trainees. Retention, productivity and the bottom line are all affected by the quality of your training. It is important to be a dynamic trainer, masterful facilitator and a polished speaker.

The Certified Leadership Trainer certification is aimed at authenticating cognition of leadership training and facilitation skills in an individual. It examines your practical skills and in-depth knowledge that are required to conduct an effective training program.

Certification Process:
Apply for certification.

Interview by Certification Committee.
Presentation demonstration before the Certification Committee.
