Business Courses:
IAM Diploma:
Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) is perceived by many as an exam board with a fresh and original approach. The course content reflects the exam board’s ethos that information is central to the effective running of any organisation. The lowest level of this course is equivalent to a management and administration NVQ level 4, and is widely recognised as a valuable asset.
IAM Advanced Diploma:
The IAM Advanced Diploma (IAM) level 5 supports those already working in, or aspiring to work, in business management positions.
Extended Diploma in Business and Administrative Management:
This qualification is inspired by the MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) model and approaches learning in a practical, applied way. It is for those who aspire for senior level managerial roles in organisations.
Accounting Courses:
Introductory Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting:
This certificate is part of the Foundations in Accountancy suite of awards. It is suitable for anyone looking to do an introductory qualification in accounting and finance. This includes school leavers or those already working in accounts-support roles.
Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting:
Part of the Foundations in Accountancy suite of awards, the Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting is suitable for anyone looking to do an introductory qualification in accounting and finance. This includes school leavers or those already working in accounts-support roles.
Diploma in Accounting and Business:
This Diploma is suitable for anyone looking to do an introductory qualification in accounting and finance, including school leavers or those already working in account-support roles. The ability level is broadly equivalent to the first year of a degree programme/HND.
Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Qualification:
To gain the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) the student needs to complete two exams out of three, in addition complete the Foundations in Practical Experience Requirements (FPER) and 12 months work experience.
ACCA Fundamental:
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) is becoming a truly global qualification and recently received accreditation from the United Nations. ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) equips students with an in-depth knowledge of both accounting and management to enable them to work in any area of accounting and finance.
ACCA Professional:
The ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountant) Professional level is divided into two modules; Essentials and Options. Both of the modules at Professional level have been set at the same ability level as a Masters degree.
