Vancouver Language Centre:
VLC is located within walking distance from the downtown of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Our Spanish courses are designed to develop your grammar, conversation & business language skills. An Activity Coordinator schedules leisure activities to help you experience Guadalajara, and practice your new language skills. Many students enjoy our Spanish language classes before or after their a TEFL program. We are accredited by the Secretaría de Educación Pública.
Courses: Full-time & Part-time, Business Spanish, TEFL, Teaching English to Children (TEC) and Teaching Business English (TBE).
Our curriculum and courses are designed to develop your Spanish language skills for practical and immediate use. Our language classes are taught by native Spanish speakers who enjoy your success. Classes are comfortable, supportive and fun. Our Spanish teachers use video tapes, role-plays, encourage group participation and often have class trips within the neighbourhood in Guadalajara. Course schedules range from 10-20 hours per week.
Survival Spanish
How long does it take to learn another language? Recognize yourself. It´s a walk in the park. This course is designed to provide you with the skills you
need to communicate using all forms of the Spanish language. This course involves practice in both grammar and conversation from which you will see surprisingly quick results.
Sophisticated Course Level System
We have classes for everyone. With 6 levels in both Grammar and Conversation courses, you will find your place from Beginner to Advanced.
Spanish Grammar Courses
Study the language foundation to increase your use of Spanish verbs, vocabulary and proper sentence structure. Whether you are just learning your numbers and basic verbs, or expanding your knowlege to future and past tenses, your Spanish language skills will increase daily.
Spanish Conversation Courses
Develop your ability to speak Spanish with others, in class and around Guadalajara. Travel Mexico with confidence! From basic greetings to complex conversations, you will be able to use your new Spanish language skills as soon as you walk out the door.
Business Spanish Elective Courses
These courses focus on business terminology, report writing and public speaking for advanced Spanish speakers. Enhance all of your communication skills for use of the Spanish language in your day-to-day work. Business elective courses are available in both Grammar and Conversation formats and schedules.
