Kid's House Nursery school, Barcelona:
Located in Sabadell, 20 km northwest of Barcelona, Catalunia in eastern Spain, Kid's House Nursery school is an international private trilingual school which teaches infants from 4 months to 3 years of age in English, Spanish and Catalan. The centre is staffed by a specialised team (including teachers with English as their mother-tongue) who use each language and culture in a totally natural way. This initiative is an educational option which combines the traditional system with references to the British system. This enables us to offer a multicultural, enriching and open educational project incorporating traditional values with an updated system close to Northern-European standards.
Methodology:
Our methodology is based on observation, experimentation, games and the forming of habits.
Our work is not based on working with files, it is centred on a living model where each child can experiment with different materials, hold, participate in different songs and dances, freely experience that which he or she wants, within established limits to promote independent play, to foster independence and so stimulate his/her own personal self-esteem, to know how to overcome the conflicts which lie ahead, and so on.
At the end of every term a revision is made of all the work carried out by your child, this does not mean looking through a large album, as we work on other, more important aspects related to behaviour, attitude and independence, which cannot be put onto paper, and which children assimilate.

El Limonar International School is a private fee-paying bilingual school founded in 1990 and governed by a permanent Board of Directors. The School is accredited by the Middle States Association and by the Spanish Ministry of Education. The student population is comprised of over 15 nationalities including, English, German, Japanese, French, American and Russian pupils although the majority are Spanish. El Limonar International School has four sites, three in Murcia (in the south east of Spain about 100km from Alicante, between Andalucia and Valencia) which cater for all year groups and one in Villamartín (Alicante) which cater for pupils aged 3 to 14. King's College Madrid
Courses / Programs
King's College is a co-educational day and boarding school for children from the age of 18 months to 18 years. Founded in 1969, King's College is the largest British school in Spain and the first to have had full UK accreditation through the Independent Schools Inspectorate. It is a modern purpose-built school set in a 12 acre site, surrounded by countryside but well connected to Madrid. With 1,450 pupils of 38 nationalities, the school has a complement of over 100 fully qualified teachers. King's College Residence offers recently refurbished boarding facilities for boys and girls over the age of 11, and has a capacity for up to 60 pupils. All academic staff have British qualifications, except the Spanish teachers and some who teach modern languages.
Secondary School: Up to the age of 16 pupils follow the English National curriculum and are entered for Key Stage 1, 2 and 3 SATs. Pupils are prepared for (I)GCSE and GCE A Levels and a wide range of subjects are offered at both levels. Spanish Bachillerato studies and preparation for Spanish university entrance examinations are optional.
