Audubon Center of the North Woods:
The Audubon Center of the North Woods, located in Sandstone, east-central Minnesota, is a private, non-profit, residential environmental learning center (RELC), and it is a leader in offering meaningful nature experiences to people of all ages. Through our Summer Youth Camps Program, we will provide an opportunity to engage kids in nature through immersion in the wild outdoors to promote environmental awareness, compassion and leadership and an ethic of care for the earth. It is also a wildlife rehabilitation facility, and conference and retreat center.

Our location can't be beat! Conveniently located six miles from Interstate 35, only about 90 miles from the Twin Cities (St. Paul & Minneapolis), St Cloud, Duluth, and Brainerd, the Audubon Center is the perfect "overnight field-trip" distance from anywhere.

To instill a connection and commitment to the environment in people of all communities through experiential learning.

We also strive to provide the best environmental experiences for the thousands of K-12 students who come to our center from across the state for our year round K-12 Program for Schools. Our highest quality environmental education programs along with our optimal location, makes us the best choice for environmental programming reasons.

Accreditations:
The Audubon Center is accredited by the North Central Association and offers residential environmental education experiences to schools.

ACNW combines a diverse sanctuary, 30 years of experience, and a staff that includes the K-12 Programs Coordinator, a Wildlife Coordinator, Adventure Coordinator, and professional naturalists and interns from the U.S. and around the world.

Outdoor Educational Environment:
Our 535 acre site includes a variety of wetlands, forests and prairies. Staff uses the outdoors as the primary classroom and students are outside for the majority of classes. In addition to the great outdoors, we feature a variety of indoor areas including a wildlife classroom, wetlands cabin, science and international classrooms and a yurt.

All of these are utilized to enhance the outdoor learning experience. Some other facility highlights include: - maple syruping shack - bird banding station - wetlands boardwalk and bird blind - ojibwe tipi and wigwam for cultural studies - adventure ropes (high and low) - climbing wall - group initiatives course - wildlife barn.

iD Tech Camps host beginner to advanced level technology summer programs on campus at Macalester College, Ramsey County, St. Paul MN. Designed for kids and teens ages 7-17, these week-long day and overnight computer science and technology programs are suitable for beginner to advanced learners. Students can enroll for one or multiple week packages (further camps).

• The International School of Minnesota (ISM) provides an activity-based summer camp for students from preschool through to Grade 9.

Park River Bible Camp
Courses / Programs
Park River Bible Camp provides traditional Christian summer camp programs to boys and girls in Grades 1-12. Based in Park River ND, one hour north-west of Grand Forks, our 1-day to 1-week camps feature fun games, adventures, Bible studies, and warm, safe environment for your child.

Being a Christ-centered camp, we desire for our campers to have a living faith in Jesus Christ. Being Lutheran, we hold to the confessional Lutheran understandings of faith, salvation, grace, sin, the Church, and the sacraments.

Park River Bible Camp is located on about 120 acres of property that can house about 200 people in our 12 rustic cabins, 5 winterized cabins, and 5 retreat center rooms. We also have a swimming pool that is a popular way to cool off, a batting cage, a low adventure course, a high ropes course, and a climbing tower and paintball.
