The Language Centre at Emirates Academy, located in Dubai, UAE, is the first English Language School to offer language courses specifically aimed at the hospitality industry. Stephanie Morris comes from San Francisco, California where she was a practicing attorney specializing in the areas of commercial and consumer law.

In addition to her legal experience, Stephanie also has a diverse background in training, development and teaching English as a foreign language. Prior to moving to Dubai, she spent a year in North Africa where she taught English to students of all ages and levels in Tunisia and Morocco.

She also developed an Arabic cultural immersion programme for an independent language centre during her stay in Morocco and is a dedicated student of Modern Standard Arabic.

Accommodation:
Students live in superbly appointed accommodation built specifically for this purpose. Every studio, with its own kitchen, has Internet access and is furnished to very high standards.

Communal areas encourage a relaxed and informal atmosphere - places to share ideas and enjoy time out. Every studio has a fully equipped kitchen, study area with direct dial telephone and broadband network connection, a separate bathroom and a pleasant view.
