The college is situated in a pristine area of Weston and Wellesley surrounded by rolling hills, mature trees and streams – home to some of the most powerful and influential American families.

Close to the campus are the historical American Revolutionary towns of Concord and Lexington. The campus is just a short car or subway ride from the center and countless attractions of downtown Boston.

The Boston transportation system includes roadway, rail, air, and sea options for students. The city is serviced by Logan International Airport in East Boston.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) operates bus, subway, short distance rail, and water ferry passenger services throughout the city and region. Amtrak operates passenger rail service to and from major north-eastern cities. A major bus terminal at South Station is served by varied intercity bus companies.

Take Exit 23-24-25 for State Hwy 30/I-90 toward Mass. Pike. Take exit 23 to merge onto Rec Rd. Continue to follow Rec Rd for 0.7 miles. Sharp right at Park Rd. Continue on Park Rd for 0.5 miles. Turn left at RT-30/South Ave. Continue on RT-30/South Ave for 1.9 miles. Turn right at Wellesley St. Continue to follow Wellesley St for 0.7 miles. Regis College is on the left.

If traveling southeast on I-95 S:
Take Exit 26 to merge onto Boston Post Rd/US-20/Weston St toward Waltham. Continue to follow Boston Post Rd Bypass/US-20 for 1.7 miles. Turn left at School Street. Continue to follow School Street for 0.5 miles. Take a slight right at Wellesley St. Continue to follow Wellesley St for 0.8 miles. Regis College is on the right.

If traveling east on I-90 E (Mass. Pike):
Take exit 13 for State Hwy 30 E toward Natick. Merge onto Cochituate Rd/RT-30. Continue to follow RT-30 for 5 miles. Turn left at Wellesley St. Continue to follow Wellesley St for 0.7 miles. Regis College is on the left.

If traveling west on I-90 W (Mass. Pike):
Take exit 15 for State Hwy 128/I-95 toward State Hwy 30/Waltham. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for RT-30/Weston. Turn left at RT-30/South Ave. Continue to follow RT-30 for 1.9 miles. Turn right at Wellesley St. Continue to follow Wellesley St for 0.7 miles. Regis College is on the left
