Prague Yoga's mission is to cultivate and sustain students of all levels! Monica believes that Yoga is not about the poses, rather it is about learning to be present in every moment, beginning with the body. Accordingly, Yoga becomes a vehicle for encouraging student empowerment and inspiring open, honest communication in the present moment. And that is what Yoga is really about...inspiring each one of us to be present in all aspects of our lives!

Amazing cultural opportunities such as the ballet & opera abound in Prague, as well as sporting events, such as football and hockey. Prague offers efficient and inexpensive public transportation within the city limits and to other cities and countries.

Part of the former Austro-Hungarian empire until after WWI, the CR boasts large numbers of castles and chateaux, such as Karlštejn and Český Krumlov. Several natural springs can be found in spa towns such as Karlovy Vary. And, the CR hosts an extensive network of hiking and biking trails in mountain regions such as Šumava and Krkonoše. In winter, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy skiing and snowboarding in these areas.
