• The ability and confidence to debate and communicate your thoughts effectively is a highly respected and hugely beneficial academic skill for any person to posses, and it encourages students to express themselves with confidence and flair, both academically and in all aspects of their lives.

• In Connecticut, students stay in a centrally-located, traditional Yale University College so that students can enjoy the stunning architecture as well as a number of lawns where they can relax outdoors, read a book or play sports with new friends.

• Whether complete beginners or seasoned debaters, our summer students benefit from expert tuition in the art of public speaking, covering all aspects of debate including confidence, delivery, organisation, evidence analysis, argument invention, persuasive reasoning and debating theory.

• The program is guaranteed to inspire students to discover their voice, and to enhance and develop their skills as well as the critical confidence to use it!

Students also choose one Elective Program: Film, Theatre, Photography, Outdoor Leadership, or Tennis.

iD Tech Camps offers immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in over 80 prestigious universities in the USA, including Wesleyan University in Middletown CT, University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport CT, and Yale University in New Haven CT. Weeklong day camps and overnight camps are available for kids & teens ages 7-17. Additionally, iD Tech Academies (including the iD Programming and iD Film Academies) provide 2-week long overnight programs for teens ages 13-18.

New Hampton School-Accelerated English Language Program
Courses / Programs
New Hampton School (NHS) is an independent, college preparatory school for boarding and day students in grades 9-12, as well as to post-graduate year students. We are offering an Accelerated English Language Program (AELP) in the summer in New Hampton in Belknap County in the state of New Hampshire (30 miles north of Concord, NH & 90 miles north of Boston). The Accelerated English Language program is an all-inclusive American English language & culture immersion for high school-age students.

Through AELP, high school aged students are prepared to comprehend and speak American English through classes and summer activities. Students go beyond learning, enjoying the beauty of summer in New England. Choose a program from 2-6 weeks based on your schedule. This all-American experience for international high school students balances academic rigor with summertime activity.

Oliver Hazard Perry Teen Summer Camp
Courses / Programs
Based in Newport, Rhode Island, the SSV Oliver Hazard Perry is America’s largest civilian sail training vessel. We offer educational sailing summer programs for teens ages 13-18 aboard the ship.

During our one-week voyages along the New England coastline, teens can stand “watch” and perform safety drills, explore the underwater world through snorkeling, visit shore-based institutes, and acquire skills in navigation, seamanship, leadership, sail handling, knot tying, splicing, and more.

Our Camp program lasts for six days/nights, includes all meals and seamanship/sailing instruction with a 1:4 staff to student ratio. In addition to witnessing the natural magic of the ocean and its inhabitants, each student crew will make friendships to last a lifetime.
1-week Sailing Summer Camp Programs:

- Education at sea on a 200-foot ship

- Learn safety at sea & perform important safety drills

SUMMER STOCK for CITY KIDS!, New York
Courses / Programs
SUMMER STOCK for CITY KIDS! Summer theater program in Long Island City, Western Queens, New York City for kids, teens and young people who want to have fun and improve their performance skills. Professional theater artists guide kids in improvisations and theater games, jazz dance, musical theater songs and comedy scene writing and performing. There will be public performances at the end of each program.
- Program for Kids - Imrov, theater games, dance and musical comedy songs.

- Program for Teens / Tweens - Improv, jazz dance scenes, musical theater songs and comedy writing/performing!

- Summer Stock Theater Intensive for aspiring actors ages 16-22. Rehearse a musical with professional director / choreographer and music director.

Abbey Road Programs has teamed up with the Princeton Review to offer high school students in Grades 9-12 the opportunity to stay one step ahead of the college admissions process.

Our College Admissions ACT/SAT Test Prep summer course is a two or four week intensive test and admissions program designed to tackle the parts of the admissions process that most determine your success when applying to and making the transition to college. These include Standardized testing, Essay writing, the Common Application, the college selection process, and navigating residential life on campus.

We bring together test prep and college counseling professionals to work with you daily (and one-on-one as needed) to tackle the SATs, the ACTs, and the Common Application while you experience college life living in a dorm on the Emerson College campus in downtown Boston, MA.
