New Hampton School-Accelerated English Language Program:
New Hampton School (NHS) is an independent, college preparatory school for boarding and day students in grades 9-12, as well as to post-graduate year students. We are offering an Accelerated English Language Program (AELP) in the summer in New Hampton in Belknap County in the state of New Hampshire (30 miles north of Concord, NH & 90 miles north of Boston). The Accelerated English Language program is an all-inclusive American English language and culture immersion for high school-age students. Through AELP, high school aged students are prepared to comprehend and speak American English through classes and summer activities. Accelerated English Language Program (AELP):
This all-American experience for international high school students balances academic rigor with summertime activity. The program provides a rich and demanding academic experience, but also the chance for focused high-achieving students to improve their English, make new friends, and taste the independence of American culture in a safe, nurturing comfortable, and supervised setting.

- The program integrates reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary. 
- Through instruction, active classroom participation, and carefully chosen activities, students will develop the language and study skills, as well as cultural awareness to prepare them for future American study.
- Special seminars on American boarding schools, colleges, application processes, and standard admission testing (SAT / ACT and TOEFL) are arranged to provide the insight for international students.

The New Hampton School Accelerated English Language Program provides more than just an academic experience.  By combining theory with real-world application, the program empowers students with the critical knowledge, and experiential learning necessary to become sufficiently fluent in English.

English Language Curriculum:
The academic component to The Accelerated English Language Program encompasses 120 hours of classroom learning and an additional 150 hours of "English Only" activities which combined, focus on rapidly improving a student’s speaking, writing, and reading comprehension. Modern teaching methods focus on instilling the linguistic, practical, and cultural aspects of the English language, as well as the American way of daily and academic life, which tends to be highly participatory.

Learning Levels:
All students achieve to converse easily in English, although at different levels of complexity.  The New Hampton School's Accelerated English Language Program places students according to the proficiency level they demonstrate on written and oral placement assessments during orientation, self-evaluation, and any feedback received from previous English instructors. Placement changes are made according to continual evaluation to ensure that every student is recognized for his or her accomplishments and remains challenged. 

- TOEFL Test:  The TOEFL Internet Based Test will be administered for interested students at a certified testing site. Students transportation will be included in AELP tuition, but test fees are additional. Director David Bumstead is experienced in student TOEFL training and preparation.

- Boarding School / College Tours:  AELP students will tour New England boarding schools, colleges and Universities. Some of the most prestigious institutions in the World are within a couple of hours of the New Hampton School campus.

- Student Integration / Interaction:  All summer long students and athletes from New Hampshire, New England, and the World come to New Hampton School for summer programs. AELP students will have daily interaction with native English speakers to improve communication skills.

Activities:
- Afternoons:  These are spent participating in Social, Artistic, Elective, and Sports Related Activities: basketball, canoeing, dances, golf, soccer, karaoke, kayaking, painting, mathematics, volleyball, tennis, swimming, hiking, painting, ping-pong, creative writing, problem-solving, technology, badminton, shopping trips to the Mall, visits to historic sites, restaurants, bowling, movies and more.

- Weekends:  Students practice their skills in multiple formats while traveling visiting and experiencing a variety of academic and cultural sites locally and out of state. Boston, Massachusetts and the Plymouth Plantation, the birthplace of America, as well as fun instructional sites like planetariums, amusement and water parks are just a few of the opportunities.

A Typical Day:
Traditional classes are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Group activities during the afternoons from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm reinforce the day's lessons. Learning occurs throughout all aspects of the summer experience: on tour buses, at historical sites, in restaurants, and on the sports fields. There is wide use of practical vocabulary and colloquial speech as well as American manners.

- 7:30 am:  Breakfast - Memorial Hall
- 8:30 am:  Classes begin - vocabulary and grammar, content-based learning & project-based learning
- 12:30 pm:  Lunch - Memorial Hall
- 2:00 pm:  Organized sports and games, arts, cultural excursions, etc.
- 5:00 pm:  Dinner is served in Memorial Hall
- 6:00 pm:  Evening activities including music, town visits, and more
- 9:00 pm:  Study hall, mentors and / or teachers available
- 11:00 pm:  Lights out

Staff members maintain a presence in dormitories and campus.

iD Tech Camps offers immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in over 80 prestigious universities in the USA, including Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH. iD Tech Camps in New Hampshire offers week-long, tech-related day camps for kids ages 7-12 & teens ages 13-17. Choose from a wide variety of exciting course topics such as Programming, Game Design, Java, Coding, Modding, and more.

Students may register for children's summer camps for one or several weeks. International Summer School at North Country School, Lake Placid NY

Located in New York State, North Country School's International Summer School (ISS) welcomes international students ages 10-14 from July 5 to August 17 for English language and American culture immersion.

Two sessions, each three weeks long, offer experiential language instruction in the morning and enriching activities and excursions in the afternoon. Our experienced teachers, small class size and campus offerings provide an exceptional opportunity to improve language proficiency and experience memorable summertime activities.

ISS is designed around individual language needs within small group instruction. Summer students engage in projects and activities that require them to utilize their rapidly developing English language skills. Summer students become proficient speakers, readers and writers. We carefully balance academics and recreation to ensure that language learning is enjoyable and applicable.

North County School is located close to the village of Lake Placid, in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. Lake Placid is situated just under 5 hours by car north of NYC.
Summer English School for Juniors (ages 10-14)
We offer two three-week sessions with quality English language classes in the mornings and activities / excursions in the afternoons.

With convenient locations in the North Slope and South Slope areas of Park Slope, Brooklyn NY, Juguemos a Cantar provides a range of Spanish language programs for kids and teens (ages 6 months to 17 years old). We offer summer Spanish camps, Spanish immersion preschool, after-school Spanish classes, Spanish language workshops and much more.

Juguemos a Cantar provides Spanish summer camps for young kids ages 2-8. Kids ages 2-4 attend camp at our North Slope location. Both full-day and half-day programs are available for 2-4 year olds.

Pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Graders attend camp at our South Slope location. We offer full-day programs only for this age group, with extended day until 6pm available at an additional fee.

In addition, we offer an after camp summer program for fully bilingual children from Pre-kindergarten to 4th Grade at our South Slope campus.

Taught entirely in Spanish by highly-qualified and experienced bilingual teachers and instructors, our summer camps provide a Spanish immersion environment while they enjoy enriching activities every day. Activities can include field trips, structured play, and/or workshops.

BlueStamp Engineering (BSE), New York, San Francisco & Houston
Courses / Programs
BlueStamp Engineering (BSE) is a hands-on summer engineering program for high school students that takes place in New York City, Houston TX, and San Francisco CA. Designed by industry professionals, this 6-week program aims to to show high school students the world of engineering first-hand. Our goal is to teach how to build devices that students are passionate about and show them that creating things is a blast!

Students build an individual project from concept to prototype under the supervision of an experienced engineering staff. They will complete a working prototype, full engineering documentation, and a webpage which all help showcase their abilities during college/job applications and interviews. Example projects include solar powered phones, wind turbines, advanced lighting systems, and robotics. Projects can be selected from over 100 BSE suggestions, or students can suggest their own project.

While the main focus of the program is on completing projects, it is supplemented with guest speakers, brief lectures, an entrepreneurship curriculum, and a Maker Faire exhibit where possible. These extra aspects to the program show students what a career in engineering is really like, and the diverse opportunities such a career offers.
- 6-week Summer engineering camp for high school students in New York, San Francisco or Houston. Students create a project that they love under the supervision of experienced engineers! Classes meet for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
