MESLS is approved by the State of Wisconsin Educational Approval Board and also authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to issue I-20s. MESLS is open to all adults 16 years of age and older who are capable of benefiting from instruction. We offer English programs at beginner, intermediate and advanced level.
