Conveniently located just off East Madison Street in North-east Baltimore, The Caroline Center in a non-profit education and training facility for unemployed and under-employed women in Baltimore. Since we opened our doors in 1996, more than 1500 women have taken part in Caroline Center’s programs. We offer job skills training is offered in our Certified/Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program, as well as our Pharmacy Technician Program. Other services include employment readiness, career support services, and GED tutoring.
