LS Business School, London:
LS Business School in Central London is the Business & Management studies faculty of the London School of Marketing. London School of Marketing is London’s biggest Marketing training provider with over 4000 modules delivered every year. LSM has one of the most experienced and reputable faculties for Management education in London, and on average all our lecturers’ possess over 10 years of industry work experience.

We have students from over 150 countries around the world. Our classes usually do not exceed 24 students - with ages ranging from 18 years to 55 years. Over 300 companies have been sponsoring their employees to follow study programmes at LS. Many employers still continue to sponsor their employees on regular basis. Many LS graduates have also secured jobs with leading British Companies.

All LSM’s study programmes are delivered at the campuses of the University of London. For example, LSM uses lecture halls at Imperial College, Birbeck College, the UCL and King’s College.

These one day workshops are practical courses - aimed at solicitors doing their own books, existing cashiers who want to brush up on their skills, bookkeepers who want to know more about legal bookkeeping and solicitors accounts and accounting & bookkeeping students who want to get a certificate in legal bookkeeping.

Boogles Legals have identified the weaknesses in the knowledge of what accounts people need to know when working with solicitors, and have devised a course to fill in this gap. This legal cashier course is ideally suited to those with an understanding of bookkeeping, who need to have the legal bookkeeping angle explained to them.

Legal cashier training is something that we ensure all of our team have had. It's difficult to be able to perform such a highly specialised role such as one of a legal cashier, without either years of experience, or some sort of legal cashier training.

Woodgrove Tutorials are a Gloucester-based, award winning college and online training provider of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) book-keeping and accounts courses through distance learning / home study. The ICB book-keeping qualifications are hugely beneficial in acquiring employment as a bookkeeper. ICB's aims are to promote bookkeepers to allow them to gain recognition as an integral part of the financial system. The ICB controls this through qualifications and grades of membership which recognise the accomplishments of its members in academia, experience and individual competence.

Although the ICB provide the examination body, they don’t teach the courses themselves. On enrolment, students receive a ‘hard copy’ of course modules from Woodgrove Tutorials (by email and/or post by air mail) and submit assignments online.

Bookkeeping training is vital to any business, whether it be for an employee of a large national company or a self employed businessman, as it monitors the financial transactions of a business daily. It is essential that every business has at least one employee who is trained and qualified in bookkeeping to ensure that the business is run efficiently.
